This Privacy Policy explains what data Agentic Universe collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible to run the Service.
Data We Collect
- Account information — when you sign in with GitHub or Google OAuth, we receive your email address and name from that provider.
- Telegram chat ID — if you link Telegram for the personal brief, we store the chat identifier needed to deliver your messages.
- Subscription & payment data — handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We do not store your card details; we retain only the subscription/transaction records Paddle returns to us (such as subscription status and a transaction identifier).
- Analytics — if configured, we use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that do not use cookies and do not track individuals across sites, plus aggregate hosting/usage metrics from our host. These measure traffic in aggregate.
- Cookies — we use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate you and keep your session active
- To deliver the personal Telegram brief and other Supporter features you enable
- To process and manage your Supporter subscription (via Paddle)
- To understand aggregate usage and improve the Service
- To respond to support requests and meet legal obligations
Third Parties & Sub-Processors
We share data with the following service providers only as needed to run the Service:
- Paddle — Merchant of Record; billing, payment processing, tax, and refunds
- Telegram — delivery of the personal brief to linked accounts
- GitHub & Google — OAuth sign-in providers
- Vercel — application hosting
- Neon — database hosting
- Plausible — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (when configured)
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile, preferences, and linked-account data. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (for example, transaction records held by Paddle as Merchant of Record).
Your Rights
You can access and update your information from your account. You can permanently delete your account — including your profile, preferences, and billing record — from the account security page; deleting your account also cancels any active Supporter subscription. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data; contact us to exercise them.
