These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Agentic Universe (the “Service”), an AI-news brief and reader that aggregates, summarizes, and ranks news for the agentic-coding niche. By using the Service or subscribing to the Supporter tier, you agree to these Terms.
Agentic Universe is a service operated by Kolesnik Bohdan, a registered individual entrepreneur (“ФОП”, fizychna osoba-pidpryiemets) in Ukraine, at www.agentic-universe.net. The Service reads hundreds of sources every day and distills the agentic-coding signal into a clean daily brief, plus an archive and reader you can browse on the web.
The Supporter tier is a recurring monthly subscription. It auto-renews every month at the price shown at checkout (currently $6.99 / month) until you cancel. The price you pay is always displayed before you confirm the subscription.
Billing and payment processing are handled by Paddleas our Merchant of Record. Paddle (“Paddle.com Market Ltd”) is the seller of record for the subscription, processes your payment, and handles applicable sales tax and VAT. A charge from “Paddle.net” or “Paddle.com Market Ltd” will appear on your card or bank statement. Your use of Paddle’s checkout is also subject to Paddle’s own buyer terms.
You can cancel at any time from the member portal — open it from your Supporter page or your account. After you cancel, your Supporter access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

The Service’s summaries are written in our own words and always link to and attribute the original source. We do not reproduce original article text or images. The Agentic Universe name, branding, and original editorial content are owned by us. Linked and summarized third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Summaries are generated with the assistance of language models and may contain errors; you should verify important information against the original source. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agentic Universe and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Supporter subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes affecting the Supporter subscription will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
