The Supporter tier is a recurring monthly subscription that auto-renews until cancelled. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work. Billing and payments are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record, and Paddle processes any approved refund.
You can cancel at any time from the member portal — open it from your Supporter page or your account. When you cancel:
We consider refund requests within 14 days of a charge, at our discretion. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record back to your original payment method. To request a refund, you can either:
After you cancel, we do not provide partial refunds for the remaining days of an already-paid billing period. Instead, your Supporter access remains active through the end of that period, and no further charges are made.
Paddle (“Paddle.com Market Ltd”) is the seller of record for the subscription. Paddle handles billing, applicable taxes, and the processing of any approved refund. A charge from “Paddle.net” or “Paddle.com Market Ltd” will appear on your statement.
